EEE Alert Issued by MA Dept of Public Health: View Our Map to See if Your Town is at High-Risk

July 29, 2010

Today, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health issued a warning to all Southeastern MA towns for EEE. Although there are fewer mosquitoes this summer (compared with last summer), the rate of infection is much higher. According to their statistics, EEE has been found in 4% of mosquitos– so if you are bit, there is a higher risk for infection.
